BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY

At Green Corfu , we completely understand that plans can change, and we always do our best to make the process as easy and fair as possible. Below you’ll find our simple and transparent cancellation terms.

Booking Confirmation

To secure your accommodation, a 30% advance deposit is required at the time of booking. Once your deposit is received, your reservation is confirmed and the accommodation is held especially for you.

Deposit and Refunds

The 30% deposit is non-refundable once paid. However, if you need to cancel your booking within 48 hours after making the payment — for example, if you made a mistake or simply changed your mind — you are eligible for a refund minus a 10% administrative fee to cover processing costs.

Cancellations 

After 48 HoursIf you cancel after 48 hours from the time of payment, the advance deposit will not be refunded. We encourage you to contact us as soon as possible if your plans change — we’ll always do our best to assist where we can.

Changes to Your Booking

Need to adjust your dates or details? No problem — just reach out to us! We’ll happily check availability and do our best to accommodate your new plans. Please note that changes may be subject to additional costs depending on the accommodation provider’s policies.

No-shows

If you don’t arrive on your scheduled check-in date without prior notice, the deposit will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued.
