On a floor space of 35sqm you find downstairs the living and dining area and a bed sofa. Located in the same area is also the kitchenette and separate shower room.
From the living area a wooden staircase leads up to a cozy loft/gallery furnished with double bed, a wardrobe, a dresser and a bedside table.
This apartment is designed for two people who want to have plenty of space. On the bed sofa and/or a baby-cot also one or two children can be accommodated.
The Climate Resilience Tax is not included in the price and it will be paid upon arrival.
