A staircase from the parking lot leads to the first floor of the main building where the apartment George is located. On top of the staircase at right hand side the entrance leads to the spacious kitchen. Except a dining table with four chairs there is a stove with oven, fridge, sink and a toast and grill device, as well as all usual culinary utensils..

This apartment has two separate bedrooms. The master bedroom opens to the front and has a balcony with sea view. On the balcony is another dining table. The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a big wardrobe, a dressing table and two bedside tables.

The second bedroom has two single beds, a slightly smaller wardrobe, a dressing table and a bedside table. This room opens to a large balcony and a lovely backyard where another dining table is provided.

The shower room is renovated and very comfortable. It is accessible from the kitchen.

This apartment has a bright atmosphere which is emphasised by the colours we used.

The ground space of the holiday flat is 40sqm, the front balcony is 5sqm and the rear balcony is 10sqm.

The master bedroom has space for an additional baby cot.

The Climate Resilience Tax is not included in the price and it will be paid upon arrival .
