Arillas Wine Festival

The Arillas Wine Festival is a truly authentic celebration that offers visitors a real taste of traditional Corfiot culture.

Traditional Winemaking:
A highlight of the festival is the re-enactment of the old grape harvest known as Trygos. Grapes arrive by donkey and are crushed underfoot in a large barrel, using age-old tools and methods.

Entertainment:
Guests can enjoy lively Greek folk music and dance performances—and are warmly encouraged to join in the dancing themselves.

Food and Drink:
Free wine tastings are offered, typically served by the carafe, and paired with classic Greek souvlaki.
